GREAT coaching staff comes from a variety of backgrounds to insure your swimmer has a rewarding experience.
Developmental Coaches
Coach Barb and Coach Liz will be working with the developmental groups. They both come with vast expertise in the YMCA, American Red Cross and SwimAmerica swim lesson programs. They both also bring experiences of being a coach for a variety of age group swim teams.
Age Group Coaches
Coach Duncan Olney will coach the competitive and masters groups. Coach Duncan bring over thirty years of coaching and team leadership experience to the GREAT program. He has produced several nationally ranked swimmers in several different strokes and age groups. He has been involved and has held positions at the state and national level.
Masters Coaches
Coach Beth will be coaching high school and master swimmers. Coach Beth not only brings a vast knowledge of coaching competitive swimming but is also a eight time master national champion swimmer in her own right. She has competed at all levels to include Olympic Trials.
